EV-specific pickup logistics
When it comes time to pick up your donated PHEV, our team at Big Sky Rides will handle all logistics. We utilize a flatbed tow truck to ensure safe transport, and we’ll disconnect the HV battery as necessary. Donors can include their charging cable, which can be beneficial for future use. If your vehicle is non-running, fear not; we have protocols in place to manage this. For added peace of mind, we also recommend visiting a Tesla Service Center or your local dealer for a pre-inspection before donation.
