Our logistics team uses specialized RV-transport flatbeds or qualified drive-away services to safely collect your vehicle. Typically, pickups occur from storage lots or RV parks, where we coordinate with the facility to arrange an appropriate time. It's important to note that we consider vehicle height and length for pickup, as most states require a maximum clearance of 13'6”. Our team will work closely with you to handle any necessary details, providing a smooth transition from your hands to ours.

The value of your donated RV or motorhome is influenced by various factors, particularly the condition of its house systems—like the roof, slides, plumbing, and air conditioning. While drivetrain health is notable, signs of water damage can significantly devalue your RV. Maintenance history, including recent repairs and upkeep records, can enhance the vehicle’s worth. Seasonality also plays a role; spring auctions generally yield the highest values. For classic RVs, an appraisal from a qualified appraiser is essential to establish the fair market value for IRS Form 8283 Section B.
